Try a cozy Michelin Guide listed eatery with amazing food in Olevano Romano. Dine on fresh seafood and mozzarella and tomatoes on the beach in Sperlonga. Take a sunset stroll,  enjoy the lake view, and to-die-for fettuccine with porcini mushrooms in Nemi.

 Take a cooking class. When in season, learn about the grape and olive harvest, visit local wineries with a professional sommelier or the olive mill with the Casale owners to watch the pressing process. Taste fresh oil right from the vat!

Classic Rome, Gardens & Ghettos

Nature and history collide! Explore the romantic Garden of Ninfa, Sermonetta and the Caetani Castle. It’s a unique wonderland of 1,300 plant species growing among the ruins of a medieval village.

Not to be missed: the elegant Renaissance Villa D’este and Tivoli Gardens with its hundreds of fountains. Followed by lunch at Sibilla, with a setting as impressive as its food.
